Freka Trelumina, originally launched in 1996, has evolved over time into more than just an enteral feeding tube.

It is a triple lumen, ENFit, transnasal, polyurethane tube suitable for intestinal feeding, gastric decompression and drainage in suitable patients.

Freka EasyIn, is a double lumen ENFit transnasal polyurethane tube suitable for intestinal feeding, gastric decompression and drainage.

Placement is through the working channel of a standard endoscope allowing for quick insertion with no guidewire required.

Freka Endolumina is a single lumen ENFit transnasal polyurethane tube suitable for intestinal feeding.

Placement is through the working channel of a standard endoscope allowing for quick insertion.

Freka Tube is a value range of transnasal feeding tubes for enteral nutrition and / or gastric decompression, made of polyurethane.

The range covers from 8 FR to 15 FR in both linear and Y-connection options.

A 15 FR decompression funnel tube is also available (100cm).

Freka ProNeo is a single lumen ENFit transnasal polyurethane tube suitable for intestinal feeding.

Freka ProNeo comes in a range of sizes from 4 FR to 8 FR in lengths from 40cm to 120cm.

Freka PEG is suitable for patients at risk of aspiration and/or gastric motility disorders and used for long-term intragastric feeding.

Freka PEG is available in a range of gauges (9 FR, 15 FR & 20 FR) with the option of two intestinal tubes (9 FR for PEG 15 FR & 12 FR for PEG 20 FR).

Freka PEG Pro is available in 12, 14, 16 and 20 FR.  There are two intestinal tubes (9 FR for PEG Pro 16 FR & 12 FR for PEG Pro 20 FR).  Each intestinal tube comes with an ENFit/ENFit or ENFit/funnel option.
