Freka Trelumina 16/9 FR triple lumen enteral tube
150 cm, combined 9 FR gastric and 16 FR intestinal tube.

MCT oil
Two ampoules of MCT oil for lubrication.

Plaster set
For nasal fixation of the Freka Trelumina enteral feeding tube.

MediAdapter
Used to administer the MCT oil into the Freka Trelumina tube.

ENFit syringe
10 mL Freka Connect syringe.

Re-routing catheter
35 cm, 15 FR catheter used for re-routing from oral to nasal.
Freka EasyIn 16/8 FR double lumen transnasal enteral tube
270 cm 8 FR intestinal tube and 100 cm 16 FR gastric tube.

Click adapter
Used to connect the intestinal tube to the gastric tube. ENFit.

To assist in pull method of placement.  Double thread at end with introducer tool.

Safety scalpel
PenBlade safety scalpel. Automatic retraction allowing precise thread cutting through safety slot.

Tube clamp, ENFit connector with fastening screw & fixation plate
    Freka intestinal tube for PEG insertion kit 
Freka intestinal 9 FR or 12 FR tube
120 cm polyurethane intestinal tube. 9 FR for use with Freka PEG 15 FR or 12 FR for use with Freka PEG 20 FR.

Freka ENFit connector
Integral cap. ENFit. Connects to the click adapter.

Click adapter
Used to connect the ENFit connector to the Y-connector.

Y-connector
Connects to the Freka PEG tube and provides funnel connection for gastric access and ENFit connection for intestinal access.

Fastening screw
Secures the Y-connector to the Freka PEG tube.
Freka 15 FR PEG tube
23 cm silicone PEG tube distal balloon. 5.0 mm outside diameter.

Gastropexy device II
Allows attachment of the gastric wall to the abdominal wall with sutures.

Trocar with peel away sheath
17.5cm pyramidal 16 FR trocar with peel away plastic sheath.

Suturing material

Scalpel

5 mL luer slip syringe

Cotton balls
To absorb secretions and buffer the gastropexy threads in case of initial swelling.
